วันนี้เราได้รับงาน ตรวจเช็คลู่วิ่งไฟฟ้า DH Fitness ที่ลูกค้าซื้อมาใช้งาน โดยแจ้งว่า เสียบปลั๊กแล้วฟิวส์ขาด 🔌 เมื่อทำการเปลี่ยนฟิวส์ใหม่ ฟิวส์ก็ยังขาดอยู่
หลังจากนัดหมายช่างเข้ามาทำการตรวจเช็ค พบว่า ฟิวส์ขาด แต่ มอเตอร์ลู่วิ่งไฟฟ้าใช้งานได้ปกติ และ ระบบอื่นๆ ก็ทำงานได้ปกติ ✅
ปัญหาคือ สายพาน ที่เสื่อมสภาพจากการไม่ได้ดูแลรักษาและทิ้งไว้นาน จึงทำให้สายพานไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ โดยไม่ทำความสะอาดหรือบำรุงรักษาอย่างถูกต้อง 💡
ตอนนี้เรากำลังดำเนินการซ่อมแซมและรออะไหล่มาเปลี่ยนเพื่อให้เครื่องกลับมาทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพอีกครั้งครับ 💪

Today, we received a treadmill inspection request for the DH Fitness treadmill that the customer purchased online. After using it for a while, the customer reported that the fuse blew when plugging in the machine 🔌. After replacing the fuse, it still blew again.
Upon inspection, we found that the fuse was indeed blown, but the treadmill's motor is working fine, and all other systems are functioning normally ✅.
The main issue was with the treadmill belt, which had deteriorated due to lack of maintenance and being left unused for a long period of time. Without proper cleaning and care, the belt couldn't function properly 💡.
We are currently in the process of repairing and awaiting the necessary parts to replace, ensuring the machine will be fully operational again 💪.
