หลังจากที่เข้าตรวจเช็คที่สถานที่ ลูกค้าบอกว่า ก่อนหน้านี้เครื่องเคยอยู่นอกบ้าน และน่าจะมีปัญหาที่หนูกัดสายไฟไว้ 🐭

This customer reported that the treadmill wouldn’t turn on after plugging it in and had symptoms similar to an electrical short inside the machine ⚡. As soon as we were informed, we rushed to check it! 🔧

🔎 Upon inspection, we found that
After checking on-site, the customer mentioned that the machine was previously kept outside and suspected that a mouse might have chewed on the wires 🐭
When we opened the machine, we found only small chew marks on the wires! 😅

💡 The Fix
Chang Han proceeded to fix the issue by replacing the chewed wire and reconfiguring the machine 🛠️
We worked on the belt system, applied silicone, and also fixed the electrical system to ensure the machine was back to working perfectly at 100%! 🔄
